I have not written in a little more than two years. So very much has happened in that time, including the fact that Cheryl and I have both retired - myself from the Clintondale Friends Christian Church and Cheryl from Marist College.
We are living in our Greene County home that we purchased in May, 2001. For thirteen years it served as a get-away place. We would come up here one or two times a week. We both have offices in the house so we could work here in a more quiet setting.
We left the parsonage in Clintondale June 12, 2014, so that it could be remodeled for the new pastor and his family. I commuted back to Clintondale until my last Sunday, July 27. We are now permanently located in Greene County and learning, one day at a time, what it means to be retired. More to come.
